I had quite the shopping spree at Clark's today! I bought oodles of nifty ingredients for cupcakes, ranging from almond extract to Ghirardelli cocoa. I'm very excited. The first batch I plan to bake are Oreo cookie cupcakes.
Apart from cupcake essentials, I also purchased this:
Oh Panda-brand licorice, you are the death of me.
I've lost quite a bit of weight over the past couple of months, and I'm not even trying to. In an effort to restore my shape, I'm going to cook three hearty meals a day.
My meal plan for tomorrow:
Breakfast: Coconut granola with yogurt, orange juice, peanut butter + banana.
Lunch: Grilled veggie sandwich with mushrooms, zucchini, feta, red onion, garlic, and olive oil on warm focaccia bread.
Dinner: Herb and lentil pilaf with tabouleh salad.
